All orders will be shipped out no later than 2 business days. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship by then, you will be notified by the company via email with an explanation and estimated delivery date and you will have the option to either continue the transaction or cancel.
We will accept returns on items that are in their original packaging with all original tags attached. All H Bar C returns require a return authorization number (RA#) to help facilitate the return process. To receive an RA# and return shipping label, email or call 307-224-2175. If you are wanting to exchange for a different size, please contact us for an RA# also.
Requests to return merchandise must be received within 30 days of receipt of order.

Be sure to include a copy of your return authorization # which can be on the return label. We are unable to process a return/refund or exchange without this information.
Once received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Your original form of payment will be credited for the original purchase amount. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed. The credit should show up on your next credit card statement.
If you are looking to exchange for sizing or a different product, we will immediately send out a replacement for you so long as we have it in stock.You will receive an email with tracking information for your replacement.
Your will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit to process & appear on your credit card account. If you have a question, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.
