2. ELIGIBILITY
   Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of H Bar C Ranchwear and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
   The Giveaway ends on May 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER

Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): Follow H Bar C (@hbarc), The Countrypolitan, and/or Buddy's Tiny Tonk on Instagram or Facebook, or subscribe to the H Bar C newsletter. Each qualifying action earns one (1) free entry. Entrants who have already completed all of the above may email info@hbarc.com with the subject line "Enter to Win" to receive one (1) free entry.

Purchase Entry Method: Make a purchase at hbarc.com during the Entry Period and add the "Nashville Rodeo Giveaway Entry" item to your cart. Each qualifying order earns one (1) entry.

Free entries and purchase entries carry equal weight in the drawing.

1. PRIZE
   One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• Two (2) VIP tickets to the Music City Rodeo at Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, TN on May 28, 2026 (featuring Miranda Lambert)
• One (1) H Bar C Ranchwear gift card valued at $100
• One (1) bar tab at Buddy's Tiny Tonk (The Arcade, Nashville, TN) valued at $100
• One (1) complimentary night stay at The Countrypolitan (Hotel Indigo Nashville, Printer's Alley)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of total prize package: $2,000. Actual value may vary. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any component of the prize becomes unavailable. Winner must be 21 years of age or older to claim the bar tab component.

1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about May 20, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message, email, or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The winner is responsible for their own transportation to Nashville, TN to claim prize components that require physical presence.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (b) any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures; (c) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in this Giveaway or use of the prize.
4. PRIVACY
   Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at hbarc.com.
5. DISPUTES
   Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

   This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.

Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. We've even had some products sell out in less than a week! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items will be restocked over time.

To be notified when a product is restocked:

- Select the item and size that you want

- Click the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE' tab

- Input your email or phone number

- As soon as the item is restocked online, you will receive an email or SMS message

Be sure to act fast once you are notified. We have long lists of people waiting to be notified on restocks, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the item that you are waiting on.

We always suggest that the size higher is ordered as opposed to the size lower, as the majority of our items have a tailored fit. To remedy any sizing uncertainties on a per item basis, we have measurements of each item listed in the product description pages.

We ship from our fulfillment center in Nashville, TN. 

We ship our products out Monday-Friday. If you order products over the weekend they will go out first thing on Monday. We offer various premium paid options for shipping in cases that are time sensitive. For more information, visit our shipping policy page.

For best results we recommend dry cleaning for all our garments. Shirts with stones and a lot of detailing, such as the Las Vegas, is dry clean only. Our plain shirts can be washed cold and hung dry,  We recommend turning them inside out so that the pearl of the snaps/piping are protected. The shirts are made from tencel which is a product of a recycled eucalyptus tree.
