RETURNS
REFUND PROCESS:
Once received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Your original form of payment will be credited for the original purchase amount. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed. The credit should show up on your next credit card statement.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
If you are looking to exchange for sizing or a different product, and it is in stock, we will send that item the moment we have received your returned item back to our facility. You will receive an email with tracking information for your replacement.
- All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. We do not fulfill online orders over the weekends.
- If the purchase is over $100 for orders going within the United States, shipping is free.
- If the purchase is over $500 (USD) for orders going to an international destination, shipping is free.
RETURNS
- Without proof of purchase we cannot return items.
- H Bar C returns within the United States are free.
- We will only accept returns on items that are unworn, with all original tags attached. H Bar C reserves the right to deny a return if it arrives back to us worn.
- We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery. After this we accept exchanges for 60 days.
- All HBarC returns require a return authorization number (RA#) to help facilitate the return process. To receive an RA# and return shipping label, email info@hbarc.com
- For International orders, H Bar C will ask that you pay for the mailing cost to return the item.
