Shipping Policy

Lead Time

Wholesale orders typically ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. Larger orders or custom runs may require additional time; we'll communicate any delays in advance.

Freight

Freight is the responsibility of the buyer and is billed at H Bar C's negotiated UPS rates, which are passed through at our discounted pricing. Shipping charges are added to your invoice. For larger orders, we may ship via LTL freight carrier; freight terms will be confirmed at time of order.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon our delivery of goods to the carrier (FOB origin). Claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed with the carrier.

Address Changes

Because orders ship quickly, address changes must be requested as soon as possible after the order is placed. We'll do our best to accommodate, but changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

International wholesale orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are due upon arrival in the destination country. International orders are paid in full prior to shipping until a long-standing account relationship is established.
