返金ポリシー

We want you to love your purchase from H Bar C. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return eligible items within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full cash refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags still attached.
• The return package must be left with the carrier (UPS, USPS) by 11:59 PM on the 14th calendar day after the date of purchase.
• Each customer is eligible for a cash refund on up to two returned items within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of orders placed or the email addresses used. Additional returns during that period will be eligible for store credit only.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email info@hbarc.com with a photo and description of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start the return process:

1. Email info@hbarc.com or contact us via the chat function on our website to request a return authorization and prepaid return label.
2. Once received, attach the label and drop off the package with the shipper on or before the 14th day from the purchase date. 
3. Be sure to ask for and keep a drop-off receipt as proof of return.
