Frequently Asked Questions
Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. We've even had some products sell out in less than a week! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items will be restocked over time.
To be notified when a product is restocked:
- Select the item and size that you want
- Click the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE' tab
- Input your email or phone number
- As soon as the item is restocked online, you will receive an email or SMS message
Be sure to act fast once you are notified. We have long lists of people waiting to be notified on restocks, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the item that you are waiting on.
We always suggest that the size higher is ordered as opposed to the size lower, as the majority of our items have a tailored fit. To remedy any sizing uncertainties on a per item basis, we have measurements of each item listed in the product description pages.

We ship from our fulfillment center in Nashville, TN.
We ship our products out Monday-Friday. If you order products over the weekend they will go out first thing on Monday. We offer various premium paid options for shipping in cases that are time sensitive. For more information, visit our shipping policy page.

For best results we recommend dry cleaning for all our garments. Shirts with stones and a lot of detailing, such as the Las Vegas, is dry clean only. Our plain shirts can be washed cold and hung dry, We recommend turning them inside out so that the pearl of the snaps/piping are protected. The shirts are made from tensel which is a product of a recycled eucalyptus tree.
