Returns & Exchange Policy

All wholesale sales are final

Because wholesale inventory is purchased for resale, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or stock balancing of unsold goods.


Defective Goods

We stand behind the quality of every garment we make. If you receive an item with a material or craftsmanship defect, contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@hbarc.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Approved defect claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or repair at our discretion.


Not Covered

Normal wear, customer-caused damage, laundering damage, and claims made after the 10-day window are not eligible. Goods purchased from unauthorized third parties are not covered.


Shortages or Errors

Report any order shortage or fulfillment error within 10 days of delivery so we can correct it.
