We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Individual Buyers (this is most likely you)
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item. That's it. Simple.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
Refunds go back to your original form of payment. Exchanges are always free.
Stylists, Wardrobe Teams, Costume Departments Buyers
If you're a stylist, wardrobe team, production company, or purchasing for any client or business purpose, please reach out before you order — we'd love to work something out. info@hbarc.com
If you don't reach out in advance, and H Bar C classifies you as a commercial buyer, all sales are final.
H Bar C reserves the right to classify any order as commercial based on quantity, purchase history, or other indicators.
In-Store Purchases
Bring it back within 7 days. We'll handle it in person.
In-store purchases deemed commercial are final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
Email info@hbarc.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right.
