Q. When is the product that I'm looking for coming back in stock?
A. Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. We've even had some products sell out in less than a week! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items will be restocked over time.
To be notified when a product is restocked:
- Select the item and size that you want
- Click the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE' tab
- Input your email or phone number
- As soon as the item is restocked online, you will receive an email or SMS message
Be sure to act fast once you are notified. We have long lists of people waiting to be notified on restocks, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the item that you are waiting on.
Q. I'm in-between sizes. How do I know which one will fit?
A. We always suggest that the size higher is ordered as opposed to the size lower, as the majority of our items have a tailored fit. To remedy any sizing uncertainties on a per item basis, we have measurements of each item listed in the product description pages.
Q. I bought a product and I would like to return/exchange it. How do I do it?
A. Please visit our Refunds/Exchanges page.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our fulfillment center in Nashville, TN.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. We ship our products out Monday-Friday. If you order products over the weekend they will go out first thing on Monday. We offer various premium paid options for shipping in cases that are time sensitive. For more information, visit our shipping policy page.
Q. What are your customer support hours?
A. We are open Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm CST excluding holidays and weekends.
