Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship by then, you will be notified by the company via email with an explanation and estimated delivery date and you will have the option to either continue the transaction or cancel.
If the purchase is over $100 for orders going within the United States, shipping is free.
If the purchase is over $150 for orders going to an international destination, shipping is free.
 
RETURNS

H Bar C will pay for all shipping on exchange and returns for orders from within the United States.
For International orders, H Bar C will ask that you pay for the mailing cost to return the item and we will pay to send you the replacement item. The reason for this is that it is often difficult for us to obtain postage labels in other countries to mail items back.  

We will accept returns on items that are in their original packaging with all original tags attached, and have not been worn, all within 30 days of order delivery. All HBarC returns require a return authorization number (RA#) to help facilitate the return process. To receive an RA# and return shipping label, email Shipping@hbarc.com or call 307-224-2175 ext 2.  If you are wanting to exchange for a different size, please contact us for an RA# also.


RETURNING MERCHANDISE

When you contact us for an RA#, we will email you a prepaid return label to help bring the product to the warehouse. Once received, we will send out the replacement item to you. To return your product, please send to:

REFUND PROCESS:

Once received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Your original form of payment will be credited for the original purchase amount.  You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed. The credit should show up on your next credit card statement.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

If you are looking to exchange for sizing or a different product, we will immediately send out a replacement for you so long as we have it in stock.You will receive an email with tracking information for your replacement.

REFUND STATUS:

Your will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit to process & appear on your credit card account. If you have a question, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.
